Senior Recruitment Consultant
We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant. Our client has a friendly and welcoming team who are already working with over 70% of all semiconductor companies in the world. The opportunity is huge with no restrictions on companies.
The ideal candidate will exceed in this position if they are able to successfully aid recruiting efforts and fulfilling the clients needs by matching clients with open the company's recruiting needs. In order to do so the candidate has to be able to source and qualify leads that will meet the company's criteria. To be successful, the candidate will have to understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become and effective talent partner.
In this role you can expect to:
- Work as a 360 recruiter in the area of hardware and software.
- Develop this area and cross sell into existing clients.
- Use various tools such as internal database, LinkedIn, Job Boards and headhunting to proactively source the finest candidates.
- Work towards tight deadlines and targets to ensure delivery of our service to our customers.
- Build lasting relationships with candidates. ensuring candidates expectations are managed including feedback, salaries, and interviews.
- Provide first class customer service.
Who are you?
- Have experience with software or electronic or semiconductor recruitment or a similar area of recruitment recruitment.
- Determined, driven and results focused.
- Be interested in travelling and visiting candidate and customer sites nationally and internationally.
- Have an incredible work ethic with an eye for detail.
- Has the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Analytical and interested in technology.
- Excellent communication skills with a sense of humor.
